Arrival T ime to Event: 700-8:30 p.m. Taj Boston Hotel 15 Arlington Street Boston MA 02116

Please review these guidelines with your child and both sign below
1. The Laurel Association and Committee will deny entry to anyone arriving under the influence or suspected of
being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. Anyone seen to be possessing alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry.
3. We discourage parents to send unchaperoned students in limousines to The Laurel Ball. We recommend parents driving
their children to the event or the use of public transportation during inclement weather conditions. If you decide to send
in limousines, please make sure that the driver waits until your child has been admitted and that your child has the limousine
company’s telephone number and a number where a parent can be reached that evening. Also check that the limousine
does not have a stocked liquor bar.
4. Attendees arriving to the event past 8:30 p.m. will need to be escorted by an adult.
4b. Attendees leaving the dance for any reason will be required to sign out and will not be permitted to return.
5. Anyone distributing “after party” invitations will be asked to leave and removed from the invitation list.
6. The 2010 Laurel Ball will end promptly at 11 p.m. and the committee cannot assume responsibility for transportation.
Please make pre-arranged plans with your child.

You may add guests to your reply card, but will also need consent for each guest signed by parent or guardian.
