Thank you to all of the 2012 Laurel Ball Committee Parents and Overseers for all their contributions
The Laurel Association for Student Philanthropy enables high school students and their parents to participate in the process of charitable giving through the planning and production of an annual holiday event held in the city of Boston.
The 2012 Laurel Ball Committee includes thirty eight students from diverse New England
High Schools. The annual committee prepares each year's invitation list and their outreach to school and neighborhood friends brings together hundreds of families from the Boston area and many from other parts of New England and beyond.
The vision is to build a diverse community of young philanthropists who
join together for a common cause each year and remain connected through their shared memories and collective achievements for many
years ahead.
Join the Laurel Ball Committee if you have a child in high school and help make this a sustainable process
and a new tradition for families in Boston. Thank you for your support.

Epiphany School
Never gives up on a
child
Epiphany
is an
independent, tuition-free, middle school
for children of economically disadvantaged families from Boston
neighborhoods. We admit children of diverse faiths, races, cultures,
and cognitive profiles, believing in the Episcopal tradition that we
find God in and through each other's presence. Epiphany's small
classes, individualized curricula, and extended school days provide
rigorous academic, moral and social instruction. In close partnership
with families, we are an innovative learning community that affords
structured support to help students thrive. Together, we are a school
that never gives up on a child. Epiphany challenges students to
discover and develop the fullness of their individual gifts. We seek to
prepare graduates who will contribute intelligently, morally, and
actively to the society they will inherit.
