The Laurel 2008 Event
Arrival Time to Event:  730-8:30 p.m.   One International Place, Boston MA 02110
Entrance: Oliver Street Only  [Intersection of Purchase Street & Oliver Street]

Please review these guidelines with your child and both sign below

1. The Laurel Association and Committee will deny entry to anyone arriving under the influence or suspected of
being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2. Anyone seen to be possessing alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry.

3. We discourage parents to send unchaperoned students in limousines to The Laurel 2008.  If you decide to do so,
please make sure that the driver waits until your child has been admitted and that your child has the limousine company’s
telephone number and a number where a parent can be reached that evening.  Also check that the limousine
does not have a stocked liquor bar. 

4. Attendees arriving to the event past 8:30 p.m. will need to be escorted by an adult. 
4b. Attendees leaving the dance for any reason will be required to sign out and will not be permitted to return.

5. Anyone distributing “after party” invitations will be asked to leave and removed from the invitation list.

6. The Laurel 2008 event will end promptly at 11 p.m.  and the committee cannot assume responsibility
for transportation.  Please make prearranged plans with your child.

 We appreciate your support and we are looking forward to a wonderful evening for all.

Please return this portion in the reply envelope with your check. We cannot issue event passes without signed consent forms. 
Due to this year’s limited capacity, we are not able to accept more than two attendees on reply card per invitation.  If you
are a Gold Sponsor or reserving a table please send a consent form for each guest.  Pls. download from our website. Thank you

behavior.  I and my son/daughter understand that The Laurel Association is not responsible in
the event of any accident or injury that occurs at The Laurel 2008.
