the 4rd Annual Laurel Ball~ exclusively for  High School Students



            Please review these guidelines with your child and both sign below

1. The Laurel Ball Overseers and Committee will deny entry to anyone arriving under the influence or suspected of
being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

2. Anyone seen to be possessing alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry.

3. For those parents sending children in an unchaperoned limousine to The Laurel Ball, Please make sure
that the driver waits until your child has been admitted and that your child has the limousine company’s
telephone number and a number where a parent can be reached that evening.  Also check that
the limousine does not have a stocked liquor bar.

4. Attendees leaving the dance for any reason will be required to sign out and will not be permitted to return.

5. Anyone distributing “after party” invitations will be asked to leave and removed from the invitation list.

6. The Laurel Ball event will end promptly at 11 p.m.  and the committee cannot assume responsibility
for transportation.  Please make prearranged plans with your child.

The proceeds from The Laurel Ball 2007 will benefit Epiphany School and The Conservatory Lab Charter School.

 We appreciate your support and are looking forward to a wonderful evening for all.

behavior.  I and my son/daughter understand that The Laurel Ball Committee are not responsible in
the event of any accident or injury that occurs at The Laurel Ball 2007.
